Waterware is a privately owned and run NZ family business, established in 1989. For 25 years Waterware has been a specialist importer and distributor of quality bathroom, plumbing and central heating products.

We are an established industry supplier who have built our reputation as being technical experts of what we sell. Our full time technical team are dedicated to designing, training, trouble shooting and supporting the installer network to ensure our products get installed properly.

We don’t only sell products; we sell system solutions. Comfort+ central heating systems have been heating NZ homes using underfloor heating, radiators and heated towel rails before it was common place. We provide heating options using a variety of fuels from diesel to natural gas, LPG, heat pumps, pellet or wood boilers. Underfloor heating NZ homes is becoming the first choice for middle to upmarket homes while radiator heating NZ homes with timber floors is a great renovation central heating option.

Our wide range of products are not just technical. If you are considering a new bathroom, NZ has a dizzying range of options and suppliers. Our catalogue of bathroom products includes everything from vanities to tapware, shower fittings, toilets, basins, baths, cabinets, mirrors and bathroom fixtures which have been carefully selected to maximise the highest possible quality/price ratio available, plus some of the nicest kitchen taps NZ has to offer.

Waterware supports the products we sell with spare parts and warranty assurance for many years to come - we still have spare parts for a shower mixer we sold 25 years ago.

We ensure our products are fully compliant with national regulatory requirements which are often overlooked by suppliers of cheaper unknown brands.

Waterware exclusively represent and stock products from the finest international brands and companies from Europe and Asia. We avidly continue to scout the world’s major exhibitions every year to cherry pick the highest quality components and equipment from the world’s leading producers such as; Vaillant, Caleffi, Clivet, Ferroli and Fondital.

Cheaper components can be found around every corner but the old adage is true; ‘you get what you pay for’ and upfront savings can quickly dissolve.

Our qualified installers are independent technicians trained and approved in-house by the Waterware tech team to deliver on our Comfort+ promises nationwide.

Each contractor has the benefit of knowing that they have the knowledge and support of Waterware behind them to ensure a smooth and effortless installation. If you’re not already in touch with one already, we will make the introduction when it comes time to convert your design estimate into a firm quote. The system will be sold via the installer who will keep in touch over the coming years to ensure the system has an annual health check.

For well over a decade, Universal Homes have specified Waterware tapware exclusively. Current show homes include Hobsonville Point, Chatham Hill, Millwater, Pokeno, Long Bay, Pauanui, Matua Crest and Tauranga

Landmark Homes are well known for their inspired custom made designer homes and quality finish. They have specified Waterware tapware and selected bathroomware for their upcoming show homes

David Reid Homes is an iconic NZ brand and one of the largest building groups in the country. Their Waikato show home has won a Master Builders House Of The Year award for its finish and presentation.  This show home, and all of the David Reid Waikato designer builds, use Waterware’s “Smart” tapware range and selected bathroomware for all their builds

Over a number of years Wellington's Village At The Park retirement complex have continued to expand using turn key hot water and central heating modular plant rooms from Waterware. The latest of three pre-plumbed and wired skids has just been lifted into place providing 170kW of power and 1000 liters of storage.

We were more than happy to go all out and design and supply Bay Of Plenty Polytechnic with a much-needed boiler upgrade, 5-6 plant rooms ranging from 60KW to 240KW, as well as a bunch of Tahiti and Valliant boilers. Cheers to our mates at Gastech Tauranga for the install!”
