Louis Philippe Oval Silver Leaf Mirror In the Regency Style
Make a statement with this monumental Louis Philippe oval silver leaf mirror in the Regency style c.1860 -1880. Interior beaded moulding surrounds the original mirror glass with some foxing as expected for its age.
It has a wonderful urn cartouche with scrolling foliate and shell motifs. It has been professionally hung with wooden bars (one mounted to the back of the mirror and the other onto the wall) so it can be safely installed in its new home.
