This apartment was in desperate need of some love, and required a multi-renovation to align the interior with its phenomenal location. The dark ceilings, outdated fittings and an awkward configuration culminated in a gloomy interior. Through addressing the flow, opening up the outdoor areas and maximizing some incredible existing architectural details it was possible to breathe life into the property. The kitchen is now flooded with natural light due to the floor to ceiling joinery. High-end finishes, designer lighting pieces, custom cabinetry, a statement glass balustrade and clever layering of materials have given this apartment a whole new look. A neutral soft grey palette and details (such as shutters) completed the connection with the coastal location.
