This high end home was designed by Three Sixty Architecture. We worked alongside the architect to design and install the plumbing, heating and energy integrated system which matched the clients brief - energy efficient, reliable, low cost system to run and maintain, with a low environmental impact. Optum provided the ‘total package’ for this build, including the plumbing, drainage, gasfitting and heating system. The heating system included:
- Air-to-Water Heat Pump (to provide domestic hot water and central heating)
- 3kw Solar PV System (to generate power for the heat pump & general household)
- Rotex Thermal Store with Dual Elements
- Underfloor Heating, in separate zones with Heatmiser Controls
